Kram Dice Chess

Simple first steps for a Dice Battle chess (or any other style) game.

Keys

Before Start (S) Pressed

P - toggle game play (white as AI, black as AI, human v human)

1-6 select difficulty level, good luck on level 6.

S - start game

After Start

A - toggle auto AI move, you can toggle this on and off as you like during game play.

Space - manually make AI take the move so you have more time

R - roll back move if AI auto play is enabled it is disabled

Q - reset game

Human V Human you'll need to use parsec to share screen for now.

Next phase will introduce dice related moves and strategies whilst maintaining strategy this is just testing basic game play, no proper UI etc.  Expect issues.

Assuming nothing fundamental breaks I'm interested in how laggy the AI response gets at level 6 on lower end systems, it's optimised a bit but I've not spent any real time on it yet.

The game play will be more involved / pretty, this is just basic first step to test water and issues with webgl.

Rules

Elimination Chess - no king, no check, you win by capturing all the other pieces

Pawns will promote to queen if you can get them to the other side of the board

Pieces move like chess pieces except the knight and the bishop can move one square left or right as well, they cannot take left or right.  Rest of the capture and moves are like chess.

No en passant / castling etc. (but can support more complex rules in other scenarios)

50 moves no pieces taken is a draw

No pieces can move is a draw
